Frequently Asked Questions

Hi! I'm so glad you're here. Below are answers to some of the questions I get most often about my work, materials, process, and policies. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, feel free to reach out—I’d love to hear from you.

About My Jewelry

What makes your jewelry unique?
Each piece is handcrafted by me using a process that combines traditional metalwork with a modern, eco-conscious etching technique. I’m inspired by the intersection of urban structure and natural form—think historic maps, architectural ironwork, and the way cities evolve and interact with nature.

What materials do you use?
I primarily work with sterling silver, brass, copper, gold-fill, and rose gold-fill. All pieces are nickel-free and made to last with proper care. Learn more on the Materials & Care page.

Custom Orders

Do you make custom pieces?
Yes—I take on a limited number of custom pieces. I love creating designs inspired by meaningful places, like maps, buildings, or landmarks. Have something in mind? Get in touch here.

Shipping and Returns

Where do you ship?
I ship within the U.S. and select international locations. Shipping options appear at checkout.

When will my order ship?

Ready-to-ship pieces ship within a few business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces take longer depending on complexity.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
I want you to love your jewelry. If it’s not quite right, unworn, non-custom pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery for exchange or store credit. Full return policy here.

Jewelry Care

How should I care for my jewelry?
To keep your piece looking its best, avoid wearing it in the shower or exposing it to lotions, perfumes, or harsh cleaners. Remember, last on, first off. Store it in a dry place and use a polishing cloth if the metal needs a refresh. For more information, see the full care page here.

Will the metal tarnish?
Brass, copper and silver naturally oxidize over time—many people love the soft patina this creates. But if you prefer a bright finish, it’s easy to bring the shine back with a soft Sunshine polishing cloth. Contact me for polishing papers.

Other Questions

Will my jewelry look exactly like the photos?
I take most of the photography myself, so the images are very true to life. Each piece is handcrafted, and slight variations are part of the process—what makes every item unique. I take care to ensure every piece reflects the same design, quality, and intention shown in the photos.

Do you sell at markets or events?
I occasionally participate in exhibitions and group shows, which I share through my newsletter and Instagram. You can sign up here.
