US Domestic Shipping

Processing and Delivery

  • Orders are confirmed immediately; a shipping notification follows once dispatched.

  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, but please allow up to 5–7 business days, as each piece is handcrafted and shipped by me.

  • Expedited shipping time does not include processing time.

  • For questions about shipping and delivery, please email info@bcouvillion.com.

    Packaging

  • Each piece is shipped in a branded box and a jewelry bag with an artist card and care instructions - all ready for gift-giving.

  • Handwritten messages are available if you specify a gift message when you check out.  

  • 10 Days to Return

    • Unworn, non-custom items can be returned within 10 days for exchange or store credit.

    • Returns are accepted through the end of the year during the holiday season.

    • Custom items and items purchased with a discount greater than 25% are final sale and non-exchangeable.

    • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable; return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

    • Return shipping must be prepaid; using a shipment method with tracking is recommended.

    • Items returned damaged or in unsellable condition will be sent back to the customer without a refund. Return shipping must be pre-paid. I suggest using a shipment method with a tracking number, as I am not responsible for items sent back without a tracking number.

    • In the rare case your item is damaged or you were sent the incorrect item, please contact me at info@bcouvillion.com and I will repair or replace it at no cost to you. Claims must be made with 7 days of receipt.

    • Please package your return inside a box. If it is returned to me damaged, unfortunately, I will not be able to reimburse you for the item. Any items sent back in used or unsellable condition will be sent back to the customer with no refund issued. You can add insurance to the postal service of your choice.

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 day or 1-2 day is available at checkout

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, return it as described above and place a new order for the desired item.

Repairs

Drafting tools and architectural plans related to city planning or landscape design, including measured drawings of a water body and surrounding area.
