US Domestic Shipping

I ship USPS first-class delivery for standard orders. Expedited shipping is available upon checkout.


Delivery

When you place an order, it will be confirmed immediately, and another email will be sent when it ships. Most orders will be processed and shipped within a day or two depending on the availability of the merchandise but please allow up to 5-7 business days as your piece is handcrafted and this is a one-woman business. Expedited shipping time does not include time for the order to process.

Each piece is shipped in a branded box and a natural fiber drawstring bag with an artist card, postcard and care instructions - all ready for gift-giving. Handwritten cards are available if you specify a gift message when you check out.  


10 Days to Return

I want you to cherish and enjoy your pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your Couvillion piece, please return the unworn piece in the original packaging with the order number for an exchange or credit within 10 days (returns will be extended through the end of the year for the holiday season).

All items purchased during promotional sales or with a discount code greater than 25% are final sale and non-refundable.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and I am not responsible for return shipping. Return shipping must be pre-paid, and I suggest using a shipment method with a tracking number, as I am not responsible for items sent back without a tracking number.

In the rare case your item is damaged or you were sent the incorrect item, please contact me at info@bcouvillion.com and I will repair or replace it at no cost to you. Claims must be made with 7 days of receipt.

Please package your return inside a box. If it is returned to me damaged, I will not be able to reimburse you for the item. Any items sent back in used or unsellable condition will be sent back to the customer with no refund issued. You can add insurance to the postal service of your choice.

Exchanges

Simply return the item as described above and place a new order for the item.


Repairs

If the jewelry has been damaged over time, I am able to offer my repair services. Please email me at info@bcouvillion.com and I will assess your repair and fees, if any.
