Orders are confirmed immediately. You’ll receive a shipping notification once your piece is on its way.
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days, but please allow up to 5–7 business days, as each piece is handcrafted and shipped by me.
Expedited shipping applies to transit time only and does not shorten processing time.

14 Days to Return
Unworn, non-custom pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.
During the holiday season, returns are extended through the end of the year.
Please note:
Custom pieces and items purchased with discounts over 25% are final sale
Shipping costs are non-refundable
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and should include tracking
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I will repair or replace it at no cost.
Please return items carefully packaged in a protective box. Items returned in damaged or unsellable condition may not be eligible for credit.

Each piece arrives in a branded box with a jewelry pouch, artist card, and care instructions—ready for gifting.
