Each piece is handcrafted with materials noted in the product description. Natural oxidation and gradual changes in the patina are expected and are part of the character of the design.
To protect the surface, remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, washing your hands, or applying lotions, perfumes, sunscreen, and cleaning products. Wipe the piece with a soft cotton cloth after wearing and store it in a dry place.
For light polishing, a Sunshine polishing cloth can be used gently on exposed metal surfaces. Take care not to rub into etched or patinated (darkened or verdigris) areas. Avoid jewelry cleaners and polishing compounds, as they may remove the finish.

Unworn, non-custom pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. Please email info@bcouvillion.com before sending your return.
Custom pieces and items purchased at a discount greater than 25% are final sale. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for tracked return shipping. Please package the piece securely in a protective box; items returned damaged or in unsellable condition may not be eligible for credit.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I will repair or replace it at no cost.
