The Bayou St. John Etched Map Bangles are crafted from an 1880s map of New Orleans’ bayou and surrounding neighborhood—a historic portage route connecting the lake to the river.
Inspired by my own childhood on Park Island, these bangles reflect the neighborhood’s natural beauty and the city’s rich architectural diversity.
Each piece is handcrafted through an intensive process of etching, hand-painting patinas, sawing, hammer forming, and polishing—ensuring it’s built to last and carry your stories for years to come.
• Etched from authentic 1880s New Orleans Bayou map
